Pleb Say #23

February's Pleb Say was truly unique, unlike any other meet-up we've experienced. Both Round Rock and San Antonio have found themselves in an interesting position, being on opposite sides of the Bitcoin Mecca, Austin, Texas. We joined Jason and the Round Rock Bitcoiners for a joint meet-up to see what they've been up to. The event was hosted at a local Round Rock business, The Hippo Social Club, which accepts Bitcoin. This venue offers various amenities such as ice baths, mixed martial arts classes, walking trails, and co-working space. The Round Rock Bitcoiners have successfully orange-pilled many businesses, including this one, and they show no signs of slowing down.

They also shared their exciting future plans, including the addition of two new venue spaces and the idea of starting an all-Bitcoin farmers market. It was a great evening where both clubs discussed goals, future plans, strategies, and shared what has worked for them in their respective cities. This meet-up sparked new ideas and collaborations between the two clubs. We want to thank Jason and the Round Rock Bitcoiners for their efforts in spreading the message of sound money. Overall, it was a fantastic night, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to have on their community.
